After each episode I will be posting my own recap (or ‘Episode Notes’) of what I think are key events or aspects. This will usually be in the form of bullet points or quick notes and will be followed by my Episode Review.
EPISODE 0.0 - “PRE-AIR PILOT” RECAP/NOTES:
- Jae Lee kills Sarah Corvus who has gone haywire - only she isn’t actually dead. They were once in a relationship.
- Sarah is the first Bionic Woman.
- Jaime & Becca’s mom is dead (Cancer) and their father is AWOL. As a result parent-less Becca turned up on Jaime’s door - Becca resents Jaime for leaving her in the first place. Jaime is 24, Will is 33 and Mae is 15 years old.
- Will Anthros appears to resent his father for dictating his life for him - we later see Anthony Anthros escaping from prison with the man who hired Sarah Corvus to murder Will.
- As mentioned above, Corvus intentionally hit Will’s car with a view to killing him at the request of a nameless man (her ’sleeping partner’)
- Jaime sustained irreparable injuries to her right arm, right eye and both legs.
- Will tells Jaime that 1/8 of her blood cells have been replaced with Anthracite’s, which heal her at an exponential rate
- Jae Lee is against the idea of the Burket Group keeping Jaime - he points to what happened with Sarah Corvus. Ruth is for the idea and points to Jaime being “smart” and “loyal”. Ruth also suggests that they give Jaime “the illusion of freedom”.
- Will explains that microscopic chips were implanted into her Cerebral Cortex.
- Anthony Anthros has been in jail for 1023 days.
- Sarah advises Jaime on how to control her abilities - “focus it and turn it on and off at will”. She refers to them as ‘IM Inputs’.
- Jaime has a sealed court record from 1998
Updated:
