I agree - Molly is not being employed correctly. Even her BW character, Ruth, is not being used to her maximum potential. She's clearly intelligent (and funny at times), but she seems bored and almost 'matter of fact' about her job. She's an interesting character but needs a better 'role', if that makes sense. Back to Molly, I have been surprised by how good she is in BW, but now it's as if she needs to be challenged more in order to deliver what she is clearly capable of.

Yeah, I gotta say that the thing that I'm sure floored everyone was Jaime handing the flash drive back to dude in the elevator. WTF? As if Antonio could take it away from her. Yikes!

The fan was bad, too, can't argue with that, especially the part where it worked fine after she bent it back. No sparks or anything. Yikes again.

And the chick playing Ruth must wonder why they hired her for the show. She's woefully underemployed by the Burket group so far. Time to give her something to do besides ask probing questions like "you can't teach an old dog new tricks, true or false?"

The show is SLOWLY getting better but, so far it's like the producers weren't expecting the network to pick up the show and now they're scrambling to cobble some sort of story together. They definitely still have work to do. I hope they can get it done.
