Lucy Hale did a Live Blog after the show yesterday and she was kind enough to answer one of the questions I left for her.

I asked what inspires her about ‘Becca Sommers’, the character she portrays in the show.

She said:

“I can relate to Becca. She likes boys and worries about her appearance and argues with her sister. But, what it comes down to is she knows how much her sister gives up for her. And my own sister gave up her life to move to LA with me, so I know what that means, to have a sister who would do anything for you.”

So thanks Lucy, it’s always great to get feedback. I’m looking forward to seeing more of Becca and her relationship with Jaime, it’s a relationship which I feel has real potential and it seems that ’sacrifice’ and how both characters deal with this could really give their arc real depth.

So what about last nights show!? What did you guys think about it..did it live up to your expectations, fall short or perhaps it was just as you expected it to be? I dunno about you guys but I think this is a show which has real potential and i’m SO excited to see where they take us.
