Karen Lucy Hale, credited as Lucy Hale or Lucy Kate Hale (born June 14, 1989), is an American actress and singer.
She appeared on “American Juniors” in 2003, which was her first appearance in the public spotlight. After the American Juniors band dissolved, Hale focused on acting, which had been a passion of hers for a while. She’s had guest roles on shows such as Drake & Josh, Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide, The O.C., and How I Met Your Mother. As well she filmed an ABC pilot for the show Secrets of a Small Town in 2006, a FOX pilot called The Apostles, and American Family which was a pilot for CBS.
Most recently she booked a lead role in [[Sisterhood of The Traveling Pants 2]. She will play Effie, Lena’s little sister. As well, she will appear in a few episodes of the new Disney show Wizards of Waverly Placestarring David Henrie and Selena Gomez. (Source: Wikipedia). Bionic Character Profile: Becca Sommers
Becca Sommers is the 15 year old sister of Jaime Sommers. She was left for her sister, Jaime, to guardian after her father went missing in action. Their mother had already died of Cancer and Jaime had left home a few years earlier.
Becca is an expert at computer hacking – ironic seeing as her big sis is now half ‘computer’. She still holds resentment over Jaime for ‘leaving her’, yet it is clear she loves her older sister.
