Jonas Bledsoe is the co-founder of the secret government affiliated Burket Group, who operate in Bio-Technology and other advanced forms of technology. They unexpectedly financed the Jaime Sommers Bionic installations after their employee, Will Anthros, saved her life. Jonas’ wife is dead and he chose not to use the technology available to him to save her. Under Jonas’ leadership are Ruth Truewell and Jae Lee.
